The Inbound Tourism Studies Center (ITSC) is Australia’s only privately run organization specializing in market research and market intelligence in the inbound tourism industry. It was founded in 1997 by Dr Roger March, Senior Lecturer in Tourism and Asian Marketing, University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.
